Concerts – Beyonce & Jay-Z: On The Run II (Milan, Italy)

Here at Four Star Life, we love Jay-Z and we Love Beyonce, and we LOVE them both together. Add in the extra excitement of seeing a duo like this in a different country, and you have the recipe for one of our favorite concerts, ever. The two super-stars play off each other, creating amazing duets, as well as having time in the spotlight for themselves. They are complimented by a “marching” band that is reminscient of Beyonce’s Coachella performance from earlier this year.

From the opening number (Holy Grail) to the closing song (Young Forever), the concert gave us chills. The crowd loved every minute of it and not a person could be seen sitting down. The emotions of both artists were on display, as they took the audience through the ups and downs of their relationship, from when they first got together, through Jay-Z’s cheating scandal and now through their reconcilation, and birth of their kids. Just a phenomenal production from the performance, the art, lighting, the stage, costumes, everything.

Probably our favorite concert either of us has ever seen!
